This website presents Taxisys and lets you submit project inquiries.

Project inquiries

The details you submit are stored on our server and forwarded to our internal team WhatsApp group to handle your enquiry. This includes your contact details, selected services, website and message.

Analytics and advertising

No Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tracking tags are included. Images and other website resources are served directly with the website.

Visit measurement with your consent

If you allow measurement, we store a random session identifier, traffic source, campaign name, visited pages and form steps on our server. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or at most 24 hours. Measurement data is deleted after 90 days. Form inputs, IP addresses and full referrer URLs are not stored in visit measurement.

Internal notifications

Our team receives WhatsApp notifications about new measured sessions, WhatsApp clicks and daily summaries. When an inquiry is submitted, we can associate its traffic source. A WhatsApp click does not confirm a sent message. Technical errors are recorded without form inputs to keep the service running and deleted after 90 days.

Your choice

Visit measurement is optional and starts only after your consent. Your choice is saved locally in your browser. You can change it at any time using “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes the session identifier and pending events from your browser.

Hosting and WhatsApp

The website is hosted using Coolify. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to the external WhatsApp service, where its privacy terms apply.
